Diabetes prevention

Are you at risk for diabetes? Do you have a family history of diabetes? We can help you stay on track. Check out the resources and support available to you.

Please visit your health care provider if you experience increased thirst and urination along with any of the following symptoms:

  • Feeling hungry
  • Feeling tired
  • Itchy skin
  • Dry mouth
  • Losing weight without trying
  • Blurry vision
  • Frequent infections
  • Cuts that take longer to heal
  • Feeling irritable or having mood changes
  • Feeling sick to your stomach
  • Abdominal pain
