It's time to renew your Medicaid benefits

If you have Medicaid, Healthy Michigan or MIChild coverage, you have to renew your benefits every year. To make sure you keep getting your benefits, always make sure your information is up to date. This includes:

Address
Phone number
Email address
Household size
Income

You can update your information in your MI Bridges account or contact your local MDHHS office.

How to renew your benefits

Your renewal packet is sent to you in the mail or sent by text the month before your renewal is due.

Here are some important reminders:

Make sure you sign the forms
Return them with any proof needed

Complete online if you have a
MI Bridges username and password

By fax

Fax to 517.346.9888

By mail

Mail it to the office listed on your form

Your Medicaid benefits expire soon
