Priority Health Medicare Advantage network doctors and hospitals

When you have a Medicare Advantage plan from Priority Health, you can see any doctor or specialist in our network without a referral. Plus, 9 out of 10 primary care doctors in Michigan and all major hospital systems in the lower peninsula are in our network¹. Your plan also includes the Priority Health Travel Pass for out-of-area care at in-network costs, unlimited worldwide emergency and urgent care and Assist America^® for global travel assistance.

If you have a Priority Health Medigap plan, you can see any doctor who accepts Medicare. There is no network.

There are advantages to using our network of doctors and hospitals in Michigan

• You'll save money
  We negotiate with physicians, hospitals and pharmacies to get a discount for members of Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans.
• You'll see excellent doctors and hospitals
  We track the safety and quality ratings of hospitals and primary care physicians. You'll receive your care from some of the most respected physicians and medical facilities anywhere.
• No referrals necessary
  Our plans don't require you to get a referral to see a specialist in our network. (However, some specialists independently require referrals from your primary care physician or other primary health care provider.)
• Some plans have a deductible for in-network services
  Routine care—including most primary care physicians, specialists and outpatient visits, lab work and diagnostic tests—will still only cost your copay amount, even before your deductible is met.

Travel smarter with the Priority Health Travel Pass

All individual Priority Health Medicare Advantage plans include the Priority Health Travel Pass². When you visit any Medicare-participating provider in the U.S. outside of the Lower Peninsula in Michigan, you'll pay in-network costs. You'll have access to out-of-state providers and help locating the right doctor while traveling, so you can get the care you need while outside of Michigan.

  Whether you’re a snowbird, just on vacation or seeking services in another state, go with confidence knowing you’re covered.
• All Priority Health Medicare Advantage individual and Medigap plans include Assist America
  We partner with Assist America for emergency travel assistance when you're more than 100 miles from home or in a foreign country.
• Unlimited worldwide emergency and urgent care coverage
  Emergency or urgently needed care, ambulance services, post-stabilization care, or dialysis you receive when you are temporarily outside our service area will be considered in-network with no limit, so you can travel with peace of mind.

It's easy to go to out-of-network health care providers in Michigan

You can go to any Medicare-participating health care providers (doctors, hospitals, medical supply companies) you like outside our network in Michigan if your plan has out-of-network coverage included. Note: When you get your Priority Health Medicare plan through an employer, your costs may vary.

• Some plans have a deductible for out-of-network services
  You'll pay 100% of the cost of Medicare-covered medical services received outside our network until you have met your out-of-network deductible.³
• Your out-of-pocket costs may be slightly higher
  After you meet the out-of-network deductible, you'll pay a share of costs for covered medical services you receive from out-of-network health care providers in Michigan.
