(GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — January 16, 2025) Priority Health, a nationally recognized nonprofit health plan serving more than 1.3 million members, has been ranked No. 1 in customer service in Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2025 list in the health insurance category.
“This designation underscores our commitment to keeping our members at the center of everything we do and putting their needs above all else,” said Praveen Thadani, president of Priority Health. “We are incredibly honored to be ranked No. 1 in customer service among health plans in the country. This is a testament to the exceptional service our team gives to members each and every day.”
The award ranking focuses on five key components: quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus and accessibility. The research is based on an independent survey of more than 28,000 U.S. customers. Priority Health was previously recognized by Newsweek by being included in Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service 2024 list.
“This continued recognition in customer service is a reflection of the collective effort of our outstanding team,” said Lisa Laponsie, vice president of operations and quality at Priority Health. “We are committed to providing our members with the best possible experience, and this repeated national ranking is a testament to the efforts of our extraordinary customer service team.”
